Job Summary

Working remotely from approved states, the full-time Customer Success Advocate will manage inbound sales and service calls, provide thoughtful customer consultations, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience without cold calling
  • Offer thoughtful advice to customers regarding their contact lens purchases and resolve issues efficiently
  • Engage proactively with management and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of minimum customer service experience
  • Experience in inbound sales and contact center environments is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Must reside in approved locations: North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
