Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate II.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement customer success plans and ensure customers are prepared for key milestones
  • Manage customer metrics and evaluate product adoption levels
  • Identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engage sales

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with and supporting enterprise customers
  • Technical aptitude to learn data networking technologies
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
