Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Agent for US/CAN and Europe/APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer success and support operations, collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Document and automate customer operation processes where possible
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and dashboard
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, customer support/success, or sales/BDR preferred
  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with AML, KYB/KYC, or transaction monitoring preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • For Europe candidates, availability to work USA overnight hours; for US + Canada candidates, availability for day shift hours
