Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Agent for US/CAN and Europe/APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer success and support operations, collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams
- Document and automate customer operation processes where possible
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and dashboard
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, customer support/success, or sales/BDR preferred
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with AML, KYB/KYC, or transaction monitoring preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- For Europe candidates, availability to work USA overnight hours; for US + Canada candidates, availability for day shift hours
