Job Summary

Customer Success Agent provides full-time customer service resolution and support for various programs, assisting sales teams and managing customer inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls, faxes, and emails, prioritizing needs and responding professionally
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying problems and providing solutions
  • Assist with business initiatives and maintain strong relationships with the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED certificate required
  • Minimum two years customer service or business-related experience required
  • PC skills, including MS Office products; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call volume environment
  • Strong math skills are a plus
