Job Summary
Thriving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, the full-time Customer Success Agent will serve as the frontline voice of the company, assisting dog parents via phone, chat, and email with technical troubleshooting and customer support, both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and urgency, primarily through phone-based technical support
- Triage and resolve issues related to app connectivity, device troubleshooting, and account support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring they feel supported and engaged with the brand
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably with a technical focus
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and composure under pressure
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and effective solutions
- Comfortable navigating tools such as Zendesk and quick to learn new platforms
- A genuine passion for dogs and commitment to enhancing their lives and those of their owners
