Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Agent I to answer phone calls from patients regarding their accounts and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from patients and provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Access computer systems to answer questions about patient accounts and make necessary updates
  • Resolve billing questions and maintain performance productivity standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare billing call center environment
  • Ability to independently answer caller's questions and make updates to computer systems
  • Knowledge of Cerner or other systems (training provided)
  • Ability to answer billing questions for patients
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and follow-through in resolving caller's issues
