Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and innovative Customer Success AI Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design and deployment of AI-driven capabilities within the Customer Success tech stack, focusing on embedding AI into workflows to enhance decision-making and automate processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Customer Office teams to improve productivity and customer outcomes
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows and solutions, embedding AI into core processes like pipeline inspection and customer engagement
  • Build and scale automation layers on top of Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks
  • Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in business environments
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success processes and revenue operations
