Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and innovative Customer Success AI Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design and deployment of AI-driven capabilities within the Customer Success tech stack, focusing on embedding AI into workflows to enhance decision-making and automate processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Customer Office teams to improve productivity and customer outcomes
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and solutions, embedding AI into core processes like pipeline inspection and customer engagement
- Build and scale automation layers on top of Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks
- Deep experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks
- Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in business environments
- Strong understanding of Customer Success processes and revenue operations
