Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients via chat, email, and virtual calls while maintaining high energy and active listening
  • Meet Customer Success KPIs related to response time, handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements to the development team
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with global customers
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Success or a similar role
  • Background in a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong adaptability to work with multicultural customers
