Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients via chat, email, and virtual calls while maintaining high energy and active listening
- Meet Customer Success KPIs related to response time, handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report improvements to the development team
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English for effective communication with global customers
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience in Customer Success or a similar role
- Background in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong adaptability to work with multicultural customers
