Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Analyst to assist customers with data integration and analytics in the people analytics space.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake, triage, and execute tier 1 troubleshooting and reporting of application and data modeling issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot data integrity and application issues
- Support customer data ingestion, transformation needs, and provide training for new and existing customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of exposure to HR data systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or HR reporting
- Experience in client-facing roles and supporting customers through technical challenges
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a global team
- Strong analytical thinking skills and comfort with ambiguity in processes
