Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and validate client deliverables using Excel, mTAB, and SPSS for data analysis
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the analytical quality of data and deliverables
  • Provide analytical support to clients to sustain and enhance the value of their subscriptions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3+ years of data processing/analysis or market research experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience using Excel, mTAB, SPSS, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with AI tools in a commercial capacity is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills
