Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and validate client deliverables using Excel, mTAB, and SPSS for data analysis
- Identify opportunities to enhance the analytical quality of data and deliverables
- Provide analytical support to clients to sustain and enhance the value of their subscriptions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- 3+ years of data processing/analysis or market research experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience using Excel, mTAB, SPSS, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with AI tools in a commercial capacity is a strong plus
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills
