Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst to support client relationships and service delivery in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in Asia and collaborate with Account Manager on service delivery strategies
- Manage client contracts, case administration, and ensure timely updates of client information
- Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss performance and monitor account trends for improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
- 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in client management
- Experience in related functions or departments is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
