Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst to support client relationships and service delivery in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in Asia and collaborate with Account Manager on service delivery strategies
  • Manage client contracts, case administration, and ensure timely updates of client information
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss performance and monitor account trends for improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
  • 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in client management
  • Experience in related functions or departments is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
