Job Summary
Customer-focused and technically adept, the full-time Customer Success Application Engineer will partner with clients to understand their design goals and challenges, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for Keysight EDA tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their design goals and provide guidance in using Keysight EDA tools
- Apply troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions
- Deliver high-quality support and training content to enhance customer confidence and tool usage
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or higher, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Background in RF/microwave, RFIC, high-speed digital design, or applications engineering
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as ADS, SystemVue, or EM simulation
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues with persistence and ownership
- Willingness to learn Python and deliver technical training or presentations
