Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, managing objectives and driving solutions in Observability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer experiences and reduce risks to customer success
  • Advocate for customers' needs, drive internal customer attention, and focus on value-based outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management or Consulting
  • Industry experience and technical understanding related to Observability and cloud-native technologies
  • Direct hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies and platforms
  • Experience with sales methodologies and working with complex, multi-geographical customers
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional presenter with client-facing experience
