Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect to join their Customer Engineering team in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and technical success for enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing architectural expertise and hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or enterprise software engineering
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles focused on onboarding and implementation
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform
- Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to cloud automation
- Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
