Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect to join their Customer Engineering team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and technical success for enterprise customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing architectural expertise and hands-on guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or enterprise software engineering
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles focused on onboarding and implementation
  • Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to cloud automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
