Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect II to enhance customer engagement efforts and align technology solutions with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer requirements and align them with product features to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching on technology strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve implementation blockers and gather feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1+ year of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in the software development industry with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve blockers to solution implementation
  • Knowledge of application security programs and secure software development practices
