Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, providing strategic consultation on data architecture and governance
• Own customer success by documenting and delivering ROI throughout their journey with analytics
• Engage with customer teams to optimize Mixpanel deployments and improve data trust

Required Qualifications

• Experience in consulting on ROI through tool implementations
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience in data querying and modeling using tools like SQL or Python
• Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud or Amazon Redshift
• Demonstrated experience in customer success or technical project management roles
