Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect (Identity Lifecycle Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to influence the product roadmap
- Act as a subject matter expert on Lifecycle Management, developing standardized workflows and playbooks
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting with technical enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage customer Lifecycle Management Deployments in a customer-facing role
- Experience with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management
