Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect (Identity Lifecycle Management).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to influence the product roadmap
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Lifecycle Management, developing standardized workflows and playbooks


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting with technical enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to manage customer Lifecycle Management Deployments in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management
