Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect II to enhance customer engagement and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align customer requirements with product features to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to support effective positioning of technology solutions
  • Coordinate resolution of implementation blockers and contribute to customer satisfaction through effective technology adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the software development industry with the ability to translate technical concepts for customers
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve blockers to solution implementation
  • Knowledge of application security programs and secure software development practices
