Job Summary

Owning the post-sales technical relationship, the full-time Customer Success Architect will guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term success with the Akeyless platform in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Akeyless solutions, focusing on architecture design and integrations
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, fostering strong customer relationships and supporting adoption and expansion aligned with business goals
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on DevOps, security, and cloud-native environments
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience supporting or implementing SaaS or security products
  • Ability to combine technical depth with customer-facing communication
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
