Job Summary
Documenting process flows and translating high-level renewal decisions into detailed requirements, the full-time Customer Success Process Architect (PA) will work remotely to enhance customer success initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success management or related field
- Familiarity with Gainsight is a plus
