Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate - Account Manager.

- Establish and maintain the relationship between the Business Licensing Team and the client
- Handle client requests, provide status updates, and resolve any barriers to licensure
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing regulatory environment
