Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer queries in real-time and providing front-line user support
  • Identifying and escalating requests that need intervention from other team members
  • Creating content such as tutorials and documentation about the company's product
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role for a technical software product
  • Aptitude for learning programming concepts and technical products
  • Knowledge of basic back-end concepts and programming concepts
  • Experience in the No-Code industry would be beneficial
  • Native-level proficiency in the English language
