Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding customers throughout their journey and understanding their needs
  • Identifying product usage gaps, consulting on solutions, and driving customer advocacy
  • Managing churn, increasing customer retention, and building customer success journeys
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS domain with customer-facing roles
  • Passion for 3D Technology
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, and customer-centric approach
  • CRM experience and understanding of customer best practices
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a bonus
