Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage customer onboarding, provide ongoing account support, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey
  • Provide ongoing account support and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • Process-minded and able to develop efficient ways of doing things
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Salesforce experience and ability to use technology to drive efficiency
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
