Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage customer onboarding, provide ongoing account support, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing customer onboarding from start to finish
- Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey
- Provide ongoing account support and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Process-minded and able to develop efficient ways of doing things
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Salesforce experience and ability to use technology to drive efficiency
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
