Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed
  • Assist in client contract renewal and retainment
  • Be the point of contact for clients post-implementation to achieve strategic business goals

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in the SaaS industry or similar, CCaaS industry experience a plus
  • Experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Sales Development a plus
  • Ability to develop relationships and passionate about Customer Experience
  • Experience in interpreting data analytics and deriving insights that drive customer value
  • Strong business acumen
