Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels
- Respond to user complaints and inquiries professionally and timely
- Assist internal teams with requests and review transactions for potential fraud
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role
- Availability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week
- Experience with conflict resolution and effective communication
- Ability to support interdepartmental needs related to user interactions
- Knowledge of regulatory operations and compliance is a plus
