Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support and nurture user relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels
  • Respond to user complaints and inquiries professionally and timely
  • Assist internal teams with requests and review transactions for potential fraud
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role
  • Availability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week
  • Experience with conflict resolution and effective communication
  • Ability to support interdepartmental needs related to user interactions
  • Knowledge of regulatory operations and compliance is a plus
