Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, empathetic customer support via various communication channels
- Conduct training and support calls while managing day-to-day business inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate user feedback into products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience at a SaaS company and familiarity with Intercom
- Ability to work 9-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
- Proven experience in de-escalating customer situations and providing quality support
