Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to provide support to clients and enhance their experience with the software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level, empathetic customer support via various communication channels
  • Conduct training and support calls while managing day-to-day business inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate user feedback into products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience at a SaaS company and familiarity with Intercom
  • Ability to work 9-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
  • Proven experience in de-escalating customer situations and providing quality support
