Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Triage and manage client issue submissions, ensuring proper resolution and communication
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Coach clients on leveraging available resources and assess attrition risk to engage internal resources for mitigation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or EMR
- Proven ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data
