Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SaaS customer success experience in a B2B environment
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM in a B2B environment
  • Experience in process improvement and contract management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new business software systems
