Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to optimize and enrich the customer experience through proactive engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to understand their business needs and protect revenue
- Act as a strategic advisor to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while monitoring customer health scores
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with an understanding of selling moments
- Process-oriented with a focus on customer goal achievement KPIs
- Experience using data to drive growth and retention campaigns
