Job Summary
A company is looking for a F2P Customer Success Associate to support and nurture user relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with users across various channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Assist with user onboarding, resolve issues, and collect product feedback
Required Qualifications
- Competence with Intercom is preferred but not required
- Ability to work weeknights and weekends due to varying shifts
- High degree of empathy and a customer-centric personality
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying creative solutions
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the platform
