Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with investor customers from onboarding through renewal
- Conduct onboarding calls and ongoing strategy sessions with customer teams
- Create scalable resources tailored to investor and fund use cases
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience with investment firms, finance teams, or investor-focused products
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Empathy for customers and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with portfolio company reporting is a plus
