Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experience assisting or working with technical products
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating with various stakeholders
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
