- Compose joint success plans with customers to outline objectives, metrics, and timelines
- Conduct workshops and orchestrate executive business reviews to align on goals and recommend workflow changes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience assisting or working with technical products
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating with various stakeholders
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
