Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with schools to support subscription renewals and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Provide hands-on implementation support and guide schools through effective use of product features
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues while documenting interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management; teaching/tutoring experience is a plus
