Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with schools to support subscription renewals and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Provide hands-on implementation support and guide schools through effective use of product features
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues while documenting interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management; teaching/tutoring experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving education through technology
