Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate responsible for managing renewals and at-risk situations of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the post-sales journey for assigned accounts, ensuring product adoption, expansion, advocacy, and renewal
  • Manage a high-volume book of business, maintaining accurate forecasts and account statuses within SFDC
  • Monitor account health indicators to identify churn risk and develop mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing renewal and negotiation conversations
  • Professional presence with the ability to understand and present to customers
  • Ability to connect customer's business needs to product value
  • 1+ years of Technology/SaaS/Software experience is a plus
