Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to a portfolio of standard customers, facilitating product adoption and early success
- Execute proactive customer engagement programs, including check-ins, reminders, and training sessions
- Monitor customer health indicators and reach out to those showing signs of disengagement or confusion
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with customer data and usage reports to guide outreach
- Basic product knowledge to provide guidance and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups
- Experience in supporting customer renewals in an auto-renewal model
