Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Senior Associate who will blend customer support, sales, and project management to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to services
  • Manage and grow relationships within a segmented book of business
  • Execute core customer success activities, including business reviews and renewals
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of corporate financial operations and financial statements
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; project management certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; experience in accounting or finance is advantageous
  • Adaptable, proactive, curious, and ambitious personal attributes
