Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Senior Associate who will blend customer support, sales, and project management to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to services
- Manage and grow relationships within a segmented book of business
- Execute core customer success activities, including business reviews and renewals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of corporate financial operations and financial statements
- Basic proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; project management certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree is required; experience in accounting or finance is advantageous
- Adaptable, proactive, curious, and ambitious personal attributes
