Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customer satisfaction and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Customer Success Managers, including data tracking and billing queries
- Assist with customer cease orders, service renewals, and EOL activities
- Create and manage reports to support customer meetings and CSM activities
Required Qualifications
- College degree and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education
- Experience in an administrative role or service management environment
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to change
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with customer service principles
