Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customer satisfaction and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Customer Success Managers, including data tracking and billing queries
  • Assist with customer cease orders, service renewals, and EOL activities
  • Create and manage reports to support customer meetings and CSM activities
Required Qualifications
  • College degree and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education
  • Experience in an administrative role or service management environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to adapt to change
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with customer service principles
