Key Responsibilities

Support Customer Success Consultants with administrative tasks and direct client coverage
Act as a liaison between clients and the IN-Gauge data ticketing system to enhance program adoption and retention
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting the overall client experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in B2B customer support
Technologically proficient, especially in SaaS environments
Fluent in English; proficiency in any European language is a plus
Based in Dubai
