Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in customer interactions, providing support via chat and calls
- Master the product features to guide customers through setup and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
- Experience with financial concepts such as Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
- Professional communication skills for written and verbal interactions
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends
