Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Field Sales with product-related management and conduct onboarding trainings for clients
- Manage client relationships and support them with contract renewals and product-related issues
- Conduct exit interviews with churned clients and secure client reviews and testimonials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles
- Customer-driven personality with empathetic skills and strong relationship-building abilities
- Analytical skills with a passion for international cooperation and professional development
- Proactive work ethic and readiness to take on additional tasks as needed
- Native-level proficiency in English
