Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Field Sales with product-related management and conduct onboarding trainings for clients
  • Manage client relationships and support them with contract renewals and product-related issues
  • Conduct exit interviews with churned clients and secure client reviews and testimonials
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles
  • Customer-driven personality with empathetic skills and strong relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical skills with a passion for international cooperation and professional development
  • Proactive work ethic and readiness to take on additional tasks as needed
  • Native-level proficiency in English
