Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer support questions via email, phone, and other channels
  • Communicate with customers across various platforms with professionalism and empathy
  • Write, review, edit, and update content for the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support or customer success role
  • 1+ years of experience in technical writing or the software startup industry
  • Familiarity with G Suite applications
  • Some familiarity with Zendesk or other help desk software required
  • Some familiarity with the company's platform is a plus, but not required
