Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer support questions via email, phone, and other channels
- Communicate with customers across various platforms with professionalism and empathy
- Write, review, edit, and update content for the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or customer success role
- 1+ years of experience in technical writing or the software startup industry
- Familiarity with G Suite applications
- Some familiarity with Zendesk or other help desk software required
- Some familiarity with the company's platform is a plus, but not required
