Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Customer Success to support the management of Utility VPP programs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive relationships with operational teams at energy partner accounts
  • Support program delivery and operations, including new launches and ongoing management
  • Track key program metrics and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree and/or 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with the energy or utility industry
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in demand response programs or related energy technologies is a plus
