Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to assist venture capital firms in maximizing the use of their tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of investor customers from onboarding through renewal
- Leverage customer data to configure instances for account onboardings and lead ongoing strategy sessions
- Track customer health, engagement, and outcomes while creating scalable resources tailored to investor use cases
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience working with investment firms, finance teams, or investor-focused products
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Empathy for customers and a problem-solving mindset
- Bonus points for experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, venture capital, or financial services
