Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Contract, Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, focusing on first-contact resolution
- Troubleshoot various customer issues, including login, account access, and app functionality
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on escalated issues to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Experience with ticketing software, such as Zendesk and JIRA
- Comfortable using technology, apps, and social media
- Ability to handle sensitive or frustrated customer interactions with professionalism
- Experience in creating clear documentation and FAQs is a plus
