Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Contract, Part-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, focusing on first-contact resolution
  • Troubleshoot various customer issues, including login, account access, and app functionality
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on escalated issues to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Experience with ticketing software, such as Zendesk and JIRA
  • Comfortable using technology, apps, and social media
  • Ability to handle sensitive or frustrated customer interactions with professionalism
  • Experience in creating clear documentation and FAQs is a plus
