Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and daily success of customers by coordinating check-ins and assisting with platform questions
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer programs
- Track customer activity and health, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfort working cross-functionally with various teams
- Strong interest in learning about customers and the promotional merchandise industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
