Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals
  • Support go-to-market teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful outcomes
  • Assist customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, technical support, and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn and communicate software functionality
  • Experience interacting with technical stakeholders and navigating technical discussions
  • Understanding of Customer Success metrics such as NPS and customer health scores
  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success platforms
