Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals
- Support go-to-market teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful outcomes
- Assist customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, technical support, and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn and communicate software functionality
- Experience interacting with technical stakeholders and navigating technical discussions
- Understanding of Customer Success metrics such as NPS and customer health scores
- Experience with CRM or Customer Success platforms
