Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate / Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 5-150 clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Coordinate project setup with internal teams and provide regular updates on licensing projects and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and collaborate with teams to resolve licensing issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or licensing-related work
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat in a Windows environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
