Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support clinical researchers and enhance their experience throughout the research journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the creation of marketing and study recruitment materials
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to launch recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct client check-ins and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic research environment
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with clinical trials is a plus
