Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing and study recruitment materials
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to launch recruitment campaigns
- Conduct client check-ins and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic research environment
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with clinical trials is a plus
