Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (CSA), Provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Assume ownership of customer relationships, leading meetings and delivering product training
  • Support all phases of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding and renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or consulting
  • Strong foundation in customer success principles and retention strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
