Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (CSA), Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement and retention
- Assume ownership of customer relationships, leading meetings and delivering product training
- Support all phases of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding and renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or consulting
- Strong foundation in customer success principles and retention strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
